A fractal sandbox where slimes and blocks exist at every scale.
You are a slime. You roll around an isometric voxel world, placing and breaking blocks. But you're not alone -- dozens of other slimes wander the landscape, each with their own color and behavior. Walk up to one and inhabit it. Release control and watch it act on its own. Zoom in and the slime's body is a grid of blocks -- its genetic code. Zoom into a block and it's a crystal lattice of atoms. At every scale, you're still a slime, still placing and breaking blocks.

NOTE: THE GAME IS INCOMPLETE. NOT ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED MECHANICS ARE IMPLEMENTED.
FEATURES
- Isometric voxel world -- GPU-raycasted terrain with 7 block types (grass, dirt, stone, water, sand, wood, leaves), radial block selector, and binary world save/load
- Slime player -- a cube creature with rolling-based movement, poop-to-place animations, ground-pound block breaking, and local gravity.
- Inhabit/uninhabit -- transfer your consciousness between slimes, or pull back into commander mode and observe from above
- Cinematic title screen -- multiple camera shots, idle slime animations, scrolling music ticker
- Original soundtrack -- 16 audio tracks composed by Gavin Cabral. Audio player has auto-advance and next/prev controls
- Fully remappable controls -- all keybindings configurable via settings file
- Debug tools -- free-fly camera, terminal UI with per-section timing, audio oscilloscope
BUILT FROM SCRATCH
Pure C + OpenGL. No engine, no windowing library, no third-party dependencies. Objective-C stub for the macOS platform layer. ~88 versions shipped in 2 days. Every line of gameplay, rendering, audio, UI, and save/load code written during the jam.
CONTROLS
Controls can be remapped by editing save/settings.txt. Please read the README as it will explain the controls.
NOTE 2: Claude Opus 4.6 did the whole thing, prompted, not autonomously. A human maintained design oversight on both the game design and the implementation the entire time.
